Centre: Foro por la Memoria Guadalajara demo. A demonstration demanding their legal right to place a memorial to the several hundred executed republicans by the Franco regime after the civil war 1939-44 buried in mass graves in the civil cemetery. Central government has provided the grant (that expires in one year if not used) for the memorial, however the local mayor refuses to allow it unless the memorial has no reference to the civil war, despite there already being a large memorial in the cemetery to the fascists killed during the civil war (bottom left and right).
